At St Helen’s, we hold high aspirations for all children. We believe all children should be given every opportunity to reach their full potential. In order to allow every child to flourish, we endeavour to provide personalised learning opportunities.
The pupil premium grant is a sum of money given to schools each year by the Government to ensure that your child makes the best possible progress, including:
• ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum;
• supporting all children to feel secure and happy at school;
• monitoring additional teaching and learning opportunities;
• providing extra-curricular learning;
• providing a wide range of first hand experiences for children to draw on;
• supporting and extending more able pupils.
If you any questions about the provision in place for your child, please contact the office to arrange a meeting with our PPG Champion.
For further information or if you think your child may be entitled to Free School Meals or Pupil Premium funding, please go to Cambridgeshire County Council website here and fill in the online form.
